2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information through TikTok Shop’s authorized API integration:

• Order-level transaction data including order IDs, amounts, and status
• SKU-level product data including product IDs, names, and performance metrics
• Store revenue, fee, and refund information
• Seller store configuration and settings data

3. How We Use Information

Information is used exclusively to provide sellers with profit analytics and business insights including gross profit, net profit, margin analysis, and performance metrics at the SKU and order level.

We do not sell, rent, license, or share personal data with any third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purpose.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored exclusively within the United States on Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) US-East-1 region (Northern Virginia, USA). We implement appropriate security measures including:

• AES-256 encryption at rest
• TLS encryption in transit on all connections
• Multi-factor authentication on all systems
• Access limited to authorized personnel only

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except as strictly required to provide the contracted service or as required by applicable law. Any subcontractors with system access are bound by signed confidentiality agreements (NDAs) consistent with this policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services, in line with the storage limitation principle recognized under applicable data protection law. Upon termination of service, all personal data is securely deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time via our Data Deletion page.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
