How to delete your data

You can request deletion of your Profytabl account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To request deletion:

1. Sign in to your account at app.profytabl.com and navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
2. Alternatively, email support@profytabl.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All synced TikTok Shop data (orders, refunds, products)
• All cost inputs and SKU configurations
• The OAuth token used to connect your TikTok Shop

Deletion is processed within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate usage metrics that cannot be linked to your account are retained for product analytics.

TikTok data

Deleting your Profytabl account also revokes Profytabl's access to your TikTok data. You can independently revoke app permissions at any time from your TikTok account settings.
